I’ve been doing keto for a couple of years. I had a low Alkaline Phosphatase when I had my lab work done last month. Mine read 32, but it should be between 40-129.
I take over 4000mg of fish oil per day, which I’ve read may contribute to lowered Alkaline Phosphatase. I also haven’t been supplementing Mg much lately.
Has anyone else seen low Alkaline Phosphatase on keto?
