I make creme fraiche out of it and eat it like yogurt. Plus all of other things already mentioned.

I buy 3 litres of HWC at a time at Costco. Last time, the bagger asked if I had meant to buy coffee cream, “but I imagine this would be pretty good in coffee”, so I told him that is exactly what I used it for, among other things, and the look on his face was priceless.
