Some nutrionist whose opinion I didn’t ask me told me the keto diet was not for me because my cheeks were red.
It has been weeks. Is there a point I should be worried?

Did they say why it’s not for you? That makes zero sense. At any rate, this rarely happens to me anymore. It did a lot at first, I think from all the keytones. I’m 6 months in BTW and keto is fine for me.

She claimed it was because of my blood type and that a low meat/vegetarian diet would be better.

If you’re seeing results you like, don’t worry about it. Otherwise, give it a shot. One lecturer I saw suggested that high-carb, low-fat probably works as well for some people as low-carb, high-fat works for the rest of us.
