that’s hard! electrolytes can be really tricky to get right. They seem to affect each other and I’m sure our needs for different ones are highly individual.

Me too, I had to reduce right down so still add more than I used to but nowhere near as much as some believe is needed

You’re training every day? Don’t! Get a few recovery days into your schedule, just as important as exercise days.
