Keto flu is a really big dill for most people just starting. :cucumber:

Did I interpret it correctly that the conclusions are:

a) Pickle juice works better (that one I understood fine)
and
b) that they suspect it only numbs the pain in the brain rather than solving the cause for the cramps?

Interesting

I would not say “numbs” more like a quick fix electrical jolt to rebalance electrical activity i.e. electrical activity conduction and electrolyte imbalances or depletion e.g. drinking too much water, medications?, too much calcium, too little magnesium and potassium?

Very interesting :face_with_monocle:

Uhhh interesting. Thanks for the video.
I am a real sucker for those topics since it seems I am “genetically prone” to getting calve cramps, if there is such a thing, but my dad recently revealed that to me that he has the same issues, while my mom rarely has them. (thanks dad :rofl:)
Magnesium has helped a lot but I am sure there is still space for improvement…

I don’t really have the Keto Flu.
I was taking the p*ss.
Thanks to the lovely Ketoaide recipe from this website, I didn’t experience the Flu at all! Lol.
