Maybe I missed it…

But what brand of wheatgrass do you consume?
Or is it “ juice bar “ shots ?

I’m curious and Just shopping around
I know Dr. Berg has his brand as well

Thanks

I think Dr. Berg’s stuff is too expensive and over priced, although I really think he is one of the best docs in the entire world and think highly of him!

I get mine from Utah (I think that is where Dr. Berg gets his stuff; as a matter of fact, I think it is through this company) because it is grown on once existing ancient sea beds that have sea salts (I am hoping don’t have too much iron {trace minerals & elements} content that you see in red sea salts or darker colored ancient sea salts). What is different about this wheatgrass is the rich dark green color compared to other wheatgrass sold on the market which really look pale in comparison, the greener, the better it is for you. This stuff is dark (rich in chlorophyll) like seaweed, the way it is supposed to look.

How much do you take per day? Do you put it in something else or just choke it down? :flushed: I would be in it for the B-vites as well as the electrolytes, but I understand it’s not real yummy.

Honestly it is not terrible. Has a sweet taste. It is no worse than many other things I have had over the years as part of a weight loss regime or healthy diet. I no longer drink it but went through a phase where I bought frozen mini cups at my local health food store

I put it in my fat bombs but if you are a fan of Stevia that would make it more palatable for drinking!

Ooh, what kind? Sweet or savory? That sounds like a plan.

When I have had juice bar wheatgrass shots, they have been served with a wedge of fresh orange to take away the aftertaste. Although, TBH i never found the taste too bad! Lol
