Not being snarky but why don’t you contact the person whose GKI you are trying to emulate and see how they are doing it? Facebook and twitter details are on the graph you posted and that would to me seem to be an invite to get in touch.

I have talked to him. But I know that everyone reacts differently, and I’m not into HITT exercises (which he does (and he wakes at like 4am … which I’m not going to do). I also don’t want to eat the exact same thing (or a small variation of it) every day. I cook for my family.
