I've got the weight off

Hi everyone. I have gotten down to the weight that I wanted and I was wondering, do I adjust my macros now? I do not want to lose any additional weight.

Any help would be appreciated.

Check in on the maintenance thread for a wide variety of advice. Some of it will jump out at you, choose that to try.

I kept my macros the same, then added in total calories (yes, total intake really matters for me- my maintenance window is super narrow).

My favorite add-ins are avocados, pumpkin seeds, 85% chocolate, and extra protein. Sometimes berries.

If you are eating fat to satiety, you should be getting enough dietary calories not to continue losing weight. Unless, of course, your body has different ideas. Remember that you can always stimulate insulin production and get fatter at any time, simply by eating carbohydrate.
