that is ok. As we age, or change our activity levels or handle stress levels and SO much more that effect us to our positive benefit that ‘suits our bodies’ and they are way more healed off the icky foods, our appetite changes. Nothing wrong with just that!! If you feel wonderful then you are wonderful LOL Not much for me to question on that one :slight_smile:

When one is superior nourished and more healed the body truly may not require tons of food against who we are individually, so if we ‘feel we fall short’ from some ‘company calculation’ or see what others are eating and doing ok but we compare too closely, we do ourselves an injustice.

Just remember to eat when hungry. Don’t skimp. Your appetite could fluctuate again easy and you might eat alot more later so just go with the flow as you are doing…to me ya sound like you are in an ok spot right now.
