Well, I guess I have a long way to go! Is OMAD one meal a day? I cannot even IMAGINE that!!! Do you exercise frequently doing that as well? THanks for the advice!!!
No way did i jump into omad. It was a year of transitioning into that way of eating. And i train 3 days a week currently.
I did it from the start and LOVE it.
I enjoy how I can gorge on a massive amount at a sitting. In my case it worked a treat BUT it’s def not for everyone. I’d say try it, if you love it great, if not no bigs to stop doing it
