This. Ignore the slips and move on! Don’t let one slip snowball into giving up completely. Just take a breath, pat yourself on the back for your progress so far and jump back into it.

At first when I started Keto I was strict for several months. When I got to my maintenance weight of 10% body fat, I now enjoy my favorite foods, like real pizza (and trust me i eat a whole medium pizza, over 3k calories) on my weekends. Then on weekdays I intermittent fast, eat a light 500-1000 calorie lunch around 2pm, then main 1000-1500 calorie dinner at 7pm. I try to keep my daily calories on week days about 100-500 below my TDEE. I find with this diet I eat healthy, I keep off the weight, but still get to enjoy my favorite foods every now and again.

Thanks @Christopher_Jackson. I know that I will definitely break over the Christmas holidays ( which last for nearly 2 weeks here!) but I am going to try really hard to limit the non keto foods (and drinks). I’m not sure how successful I will be… once I get that first bite of real pizza and a few beers… drooling already :flushed:
