Fasting is a tool and should be used but that doesn’t mean it needs to be used all the time. I suspect at OMAD you are eating restricted calories and before moving to fasting I would do a period of eating more. Maybe do a week of 2 or 3 meals a day. Make an effort to eat variety and have some fun with it. Don’t worry about going over on calories and keep it all keto. Then after a week when your body knows that food is not in short supply, do a 48 hour fast. Then maybe OMAD for a week. Then back to 2-3 meals for a few days and repeat. That way you don’t get stuck in one groove.
