Magic Pill, that was the start and I was only channel surfing at the time. Since then have probably read ten books or more. Countless youtube videos. Listened to all 2KD podcasts and 35 of Ketonatopath podcast. I have now gone into carnivore so it is ongoing for 20 months now.
