Rosemary,

To lose fat more efficiently you should consider something. If possible, you should prolong your fasting that occurs while you’re asleep. You should not be eating a big breakfast unless you’re really hungry. If not hungry, postpone it until you are, you’ll probably have been burning stored fat starting sometime during your sleep. The longer you can endure it the better.

Unless @rosyegg ends her eating day earlier, well before dinnertime, in which case she is still getting a good intermittent fast in there.

I fast between 16 and 18 hours every day. Am usually hungry for breakfast, its dinner I don’t really fancy.

In that case, don’t be afraid to skip dinner if not hungry, and eat a little more at breakfast if needed. It’ll speed things up.
