Fiber doesn’t satiate many of us. Eating even 1 kg fruit easily may trigger hunger, I know such people (I am one unless it’s bananas as I may last for an hour then, it depends on the time of the day, probably, didn’t try it many times). Eating multiple kgs of fruit on a day is VERY easy if you ask me (using certain fruits it was the only possible way for me, I just couldn’t stop) though I only did it for one day or two.
But fiber slows the absorption so that helps indeed. Still, tons of fruit can’t be good…
(I rather drink fruit juice, that way I barely get any sugar. Frozen fruit juice reduces the amount even more. Okay, I admit I may not be typical :wink: But fruit juice is so powerful, it feels natural for me to drink very little, watered down.)

Does anyone know what sucralose is? It’s used in a carbonated drink called Celsius
