Have you thought about starting a workout regimen to support your keto diet? This is assuming weight gain/loss is your problem. Everybody deviates from their diet from time to time key is to supplement your diet with working out. Something as simple as taking the stairs instead of an elevator, parking further from the door at places you shop or simply walking 30 minutes 3x per week. Small changes added up over time create compounding results. Not to mention a healthier cardiovascular system and a higher metabolism. Key is consistency and patience. You can keep glutamine capsules handy when traveling and open a capsule and pour it either under the tongue or on it 30 minutes before a meal. I believe Dr. Ron Rosedale mentions it in his older book. I think he mentions 5,000 mg but not positive. I take a scoop before bedtime for gut health.

Don’t make excuses. This is life. Everybody has something they have to deal with. Just say NO!
Don’t self talk. Or you will talk yourself into eating off plan. Instead, talk to your self in “I can” statements. I can choose these foods on this trip. I can be victorious when I lay down the fork.
I can dominate my feelings, my flesh, with God’s help. I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me. I can forgive my short comings and pick myself uplease and press forward.
I’m 6’7 290lbs and don’t eat that many calories, for your size 2,500 calories is a lot. I don’t at all believe that you can eat as much as you want and still lose weight no matter what the diet or what anyone says.
I have created my own chart that is attached to the fridge. I write down everything I eat everyday. I also take into account that as my weight goes down, my chart has to be updated.
