One poweraid a day is probably not nearly enough electrolytes to compensate for the amount of volume youre peeing out.

I would highly recommend the Ketoaid recipe on this website!!! Plus try drinking a hot cup of chicken bouillon or chicken broth!

@Crystal_Michelle, I have had the same problem. At around the six week mark. I also work in the medical field and did an ekg on myself and it was normal, but my HR keeps going into the 120-130ā€™s and my resting HR is around 58 normally. I had all my electrolytes checked and they were all normal. I am going to see a cardiologist this morning. I have been dizzy and light-headed. I do not have anxiety and I know that it is not normal. There is another thread about super high HR on here. Everyone keeps saying it is electrolytes and take magnesium, sodium, or potassium , but that can be dangerous, so I wonā€™t.

Thanks, been there done that hr halter. Made an app for the 22nd just for a check up and will run labs today just to see where i stand :slight_smile: Iā€™ll keep yā€™all updated

For me, it was all down to magnesium. Now I supplement morning and night and its much better.

No this is way different that aniexty.I have severe depression n aniexty .this is like a flutterā€¦butterfly kiss type.

Iā€™m 3 months in on 16th.heart only flutters on rare occasion. I think itā€™s body adjusting.
Also I Fogel to do this but u should drink 1 meaauring cup of stock/broth I do chicken n add some pepper.

Iā€™m wearing a 48 hour holter monitor, which is what I figured they would do to see if they can catch it. Updates in a few days.
