Health influencers you once followed but don’t any more

I know what you mean about Westman, he can sound repetitive, but for me he respects his limits and bases himself on what’s proven through studies / his clinical findings.
Have you watched Deusci LLC? A video of his popped up in my suggested videos this week.

Also, at the end of the day there’s really a lot to say: eat fatty meats, fatty fish, eggs & dairy.
Yes, there’s extra stuff like fasting, fasting issues, weight plateaux, electrolytes, sharing personal experience to support others & debunking videos for a laugh etc. but all that’s peripheral.
It boils down to that beautifully simple imperative: ‘eat fatty meats, fatty fish, eggs & dairy’.

Dr. Westman is someone I don’t listen to often but respect for his lack of “sensationalism”. He’s low-key and matter-of-fact. I appreciate that.

And you’re right, there are only so many ways to say, “eat your meat” and “lay off the carbs”, along with some peripheral stuff like “get some exercise”, “drink good water”, “ditch stress where you can”, stuff like that. It’s simple and it’s not really that complicated. I think a lot of people try to make it way more complicated and/or complex than it need be for most people.
