Goal weight decisions

My goal ultimately is 26% body fat. I predict that’s going to be at least another year to reach that goal, since currently I’m about 34% body fat. I have no idea what that will translate into pounds-wise. My current goal post is to be in a men’s 34-36/women’s 10 in the next couple months.

I couldn’t care less about BMI or total weight.

My goal weight ended up being a weight I felt I looked good at and was able to easily maintain without any effort.

Would I like to drop 10 more lbs? I wouldn’t turn it down LOL. But I’d rather be at a stable, healthy weight I can maintain with keto, EF and the occasional indulgence. I’ve been at this weight for around 6 months with very little fluctuation so I guess I am where my body wants to be.

I set my goal weight at where I thought a size 8 would be, around 150 pounds at 5 ft 4. I still weigh 163 and I am in a 6 or 8 already, so so much for that, lol! I am sticking with my goal of 150 and if I get there and still want to lose a few more I will. Like others have said it will depend on how I feel and look overall.

Not really. I did have a period of time where my losses were slower but I didn’t really change anything.
Now I try to keep my fats higher and am not as strict on carbs. I’m still down another pound. Crazy right?
