Glucosamine Chondrotin?

I take Glucosamine for bad hips, got to thinking it has glucose in the name. According to the label it has 3 grams of carbs, but I take 3 doses a day.

Thoughts on Glucosamine and keto?

I’m going to start taking it for wear and tear issues in my knees and elbows. The root word is “glucose” so I’m wondering if it has a sugar effect?..OK or not OK for Keto?
