When you’re eating nuts if you’re concerned about the high omega 6 levels then just take a shot of fish or cod liver oil. Fermented cod liver oil from green pastures (only cinnamon tingle flavour) is the best in my humble opinion !

That’s why cooking with butter, lard, and tallow is such a good idea: they are all roughly half monounsaturated fatty acids. (In the high forties, percentage-wise, as I recall.)

I agree wholeheartedly with your analysis of nuts. My only point is that the only Keto way to have the ‘nice’ nuts (mmmm cashews) is not to eat many.
Just like I had 1 pecan today that just randomly came attached the the last inch of the pointy end of a slice of pecan pie!
I did smother in in HWC… so I felt much better about my macros
