That sounds good. I wonder if it could work as a flat-bread for shredded chicken or pork. I’ve heard the fat head bread rises so can be used for bagels too. I’m more used to flat breads like those low carb wraps.

I made it but as a flat bread. It looked so nice! I put garlic and some parsley on top. It was so eggy tasting I could not eat it! The dogs loved it. I’ve heard others talk about Keto things that taste eggy. I wonder if a bacon weave would make a nice pizza crust.

I just can’t eat eggs unless they are runny or hard boiled. I do like to microwave cheese on parchment paper. Sometimes I add pepperoni or pre-cooked sausage.
