Find it incredibly difficult to get under 10% Carbs

I am so frustrated about getting carbs down. Even healthy choices like ACV I had this afternoon has bloody carbs in it. I have a tomato and 2 cups of green assorted leaves and blam! I have hit 8% carbs

I had the experience of eating whatever (keto) the first couple of weeks before I started tracking. Because my body was adapting it was easy to adjust macros and get carbs down.

Count grams not percentage, and remove fiber from total carbs.

ACV has 2 grams a CUP so I am not sure what you are counting.

Greens count net not total.

You are really overthinking this. Relax and go with the flow.

BTW where are you getting your carb info…it seems suspect.

Make sure you are using the correct amounts…worrying about ACV carbs is crazy.

This is better really but not as easy at MFP.
