Fell of the horse

Thanks guys/gals yesterday I stuck to keto foods only and water. Today I’ve stuck to keto food and water but did have some diet coke after not eating all day thanks to nonstop working from 9-6 without a break… Unfortunately my work sometimes does that . I grabbed a protein egg pot and some chicken scewers from Waitrose just to put something in my body as my brain was fried after the day I’ve had without any food. I have some leftover food from yesterday that’s keto friendly so if I need more food I can snack on that. Getting back on the horse is much easier as I’ve grown so used to eating this way. If it had happened any earlier…i.e
A couple of months ago I may have stayed off and carried on carb eating. But not this time.

I was going to pop to the gym tonight but life has other ideas …

Tomorrow … I can go to the gym tomorrow as I’ll feel better by then

@Hoteski Is the problem with the diet Coke the artificial sweetener or the caffeine? If the latter, you might try caffeine-free diet Coke, or perhaps switch to sugar-free quinine water or something. Of course, sugar-free quinine would have the same artificial sweetener (usually aspartame), so if that’s your problem you might need to switch to something like Seltzer water. That and coffee are what I drink, and I find that the carbonation gives enough zip that I enjoy Seltzer quite a bit more than plain tap or spring water. And it’s a lot cheaper than the brand-name carbonated bottled waters!
