Here’s the short answer:
Short burst work outs like HIIT is the only way to lose weight (burn actual body fat) exercising.
Only takes three or four 5 minute reps in one day and that’s all you need until you sleep (that’s when most of the fat gets burned (HGH levels increase exponentially and start declining by end of day; keeping cortisol from adrenaline and estrogens low is key?); oxidation of body fat = ketones?
THAT’S HOW IT SHOULD BE DONE FOR IT TO WORK? CORRECTLY? (…but people won’t really experiment like that?)
After looking at the endless walls of text in the research; that I could roll my eye balls over; too much exercise (unless your into building more muscle than you need?) or if your over-exercising, your body will be more successful at holding onto the actual body fat?
Only way I would continue to exercise excessively is if, I was was using T2 resistant starch, if I were trying to lose weight?
Think about it from a hunter gatherer ancestral perspective; you need to muster up all that adrenaline (too much flight-fight activity and dinner does not get killed and your body holds onto the fat? the circadian hooks start kicking in; cephalic phase response CPR?) only a few times to chuck that spear and kill dinner?
If you want the long-answer ask google? (good luck!)
