Not sure if this is helpful, but I reacted to something yesterday and decided to revisit the AIP lists. On this page, half way down, there is an image of two side-by-side lists of Foods to Include. Fresh meat is not on it for some reason, but as you know, it is included. Anyhow. On the side with the “Core AIP” list, it mirrors almost exactly the order I’ve been able to reintro non-carnivore foods.
Cooked, and in small portions. The poison is in the dose and all that.
I’ve been able to add foods from “leafy vegetables”, “non-starchy vegetables” (except celery), and “allium-family”. So my next intros will be from the “roots, tubers, and bulb vegetables”, keeping things ketogenic and low histamine, of course.
I’ve had strong reactions from foods in the rest of the categories as you go down the list, so that might be as low as I go for now. I haven’t been able to add anything else from “off list” in anything beyond incidental quantities.
Anyhow, I know this is an n=1 kind of thing, but I suspect this list is organized from least to most reactive for many people.
