Do "meat sweats" gauge protein over-consumption?

Sounds like wooly mammoth steaks. I had no idea you were that old doug…

That’s my problem too. I’ll make a 1.5 pound roast or a whole rack of ribs with every intention of getting two meals out of them, yet I end up with 4-5 ounces of leftovers. The good news is, afterward, I can fast 24 hours very easily.

This is probably why people say “No thank you” when you invite them for dinner!

Don’t make fun of my social retardation.

My apologies @David_Stilley.

If it makes you feel any better, my social shortcomings are a product of preference and phobia. I fear my guests would claim the fattiest pieces of protein and stare at me when I salt my food.

I don’t know… but I wondered what was in what you ate.?
With fat, the animal stores whatever is toxic to it, as we do, in fat. So if it isn’t good quality meat or chicken and it’s fatty, there may be something contained in the fat your body needs to get rid of. Sweating is one of the ways we do that, particularly metals.

Urine and sweat are how we get toxins out. Or isolate and store them in fat.

I have no idea really, just a thought.

I haven’t taken note of the times. You might be right. Thanks!
