Another low today, 209 even. Tracking might have been what I was missing. I have also cut back on cream. Hoping this pattern holds through Monday!

We got out of school early (I am a speech teacher) for snow and had a two hour delay today.

Sounds like you’re nailing it. remember, you’re starting to lose again but, the loses may not be dramatic. Steady is good.

Glad we could help.

I agree slow and steady is fine and dandy. I am ok as long as I am not gaining! Even staying the same for awhile was ok. But gaining sucks!

I plan to keep tracking through the holiday next week too.

I know I tend to beat the tracking drum fairly relentlessly, but there are several reasons for that, and they’re all good ones

I lost 5.1 lbs this week. That is a nice change! I returned to 3 meals a day, cut back the cream and returned to tracking. My highest carb day was 19 which was on Monday, which was when you were all offering advice. From there it was 8g, 3g, 5g, 5g, 15g and 15g.

I plan to stay on keto through the holiday though my carbs may be up. I have some recipes handy for keto goodies. I don’t host but I will be taking stuff I can eat.

THANK YOU!

Hey Misty that’s great news. Glad you’re back on track.
Make sure you can stick to the carbs while the hols are here. It is worth the effort.

Cream can really catch up with you if you’re not careful. Oh but it’s so nice, and we can include it in our daily intake  . We’re so lucky to have found keto!

I will definitely track on Thanksgiving. I hope to stay at 20g. The bonus of not hosting is NO LEFTOVERS! I can eat my keto goodies that day and leave the leftovers with the family

Ahhhh, every cloud… … … …

Stayed keto. Tracked my food. Ended at 24 carbs bc I did enjoy some desserts from Carrie Brown’s holiday cookbook.

Today, for the very first time when I ended my day in MFP my 5 week projected weight was under 200. I find that very motivating to be so close!

14 days ago I started wondering what was going wrong. You awesome lovelies gave me some ideas, I was able to get off a pile of fertility meds and steroids, I started tracking again and in that 14 days I have lost over 5 lbs. I am now at a new low and have met my 75 lb milestone!! I saw this weight briefly in 2004 and prior to that 1996 or 1997 was the last time I was here. I have 9 lbs to reach my next major goal!

It was one year ago this past week that I was at my highest all time weight.
