Dirty Supplements?

You’re welcome, Geoffrey, and thank you for saying that. :slightly_smiling_face:

It really is a minefield out there, between the advertising, the medical/pharmaceutical complex, the food processors, etc. Staying clean - as you said - very important. But there’s also the “don’t sweat the small stuff,” deal, which is big for a lot of us. Part of a supplement - to me this sounds like a really, really small quantity, which probably isn’t going to make a substantial difference for us, unless we’re specifically very sensitive to it.

If that was my biggest concern, I’d count myself lucky. And we’re all different, of course. Just staying with the overall program is my biggest challenge.

It is here. Trust me.

AHAHAHAHAHA, just when you think you’ve seen people at the height of stupidity… then there’s that! Unreal. If the US didn’t walk on that stupid climate thing a couple years ago we would have spent BILLIONS and not even made a statical scratch in the numbers thanks to countries like China and India that pollute the planet for fun.

But hold on! A country like NZ who’s entire population is that of 1 city… they’ll change it all!:rofl::rofl:

Laugh? Cry? Smash head off keyboard? I don’t even know what to do anymore…

Well I hope so, when sheep are involved.

Frankly, for a while I was a supplement junkie, and then I started being a “clean as I can get” supplement junkie, which got to be incredibly expensive. I finally decided to just go with clean whole food and stop all the pills and powders in favor simplicity, and honestly in 2 years I haven’t noticed a bit of difference. I’m suspicious of processed food, and supplements seem like some of the most processed food there is. I’m not fundamentally opposed to supplementing, and I’m not a bodybuilder; if I were treating a clear issue in my body I would certainly start with supplementing rather than Big Pharma, but for me so far it seems unnecessary.

I’m slowly coming to that conclusion. I was WAY over-supplementing. And over-spending. In fact, wondering if I need nothing at all except the magnesium that keeps my nightly leg cramps away.

I like how you think and your experience makes sense to me. My supplement regimen is based off of addressing certain issues and advice from certain keto/carni doctors.
After what mainstream doctors, big pharma, and our governments in general put us through during the plandemic I do not trust anything they say of do. I do not say that to offend anyone but it’s just how I feel.
I feel that I am the best judge on how my health should be handled and I agree with you about supplements. I’d much rather use a supplement to help me be healthier than a pharmaceutical that treats the symptom.
