Ditto on the no alcohol mouthwash - or any mouthwash with a broad spectrum bacteriocide. Instead, mix some clove oil into virgin coconut oil and brush with this. If this works for you report back. No flouride toothpaste either. I use David’s with xylitol and nanohydroxyappetite. Follow with the coconut oil.

Yeah, I wouldn’t worry about the amount of carbs in 70% chocolate.

Did anyone question water chemistry? … I mention this because when I moved house my new area had very diiferent water, we noticed the kettle scale up and so did our teeth! … just a thought

I had a similar issue after going strict keto, and surprisingly diet changes really threw off my mouth bacteria balance. What helped me was focusing more on tongue scraping, oil pulling, and getting advice from a good biological dentist. I found jeffreygrossdds.com super helpful.
