Want to avoid anything that wipes out everything in your mouth.

My mouthwash has no alcohol.

Ditto on the no alcohol mouthwash - or any mouthwash with a broad spectrum bacteriocide. Instead, mix some clove oil into virgin coconut oil and brush with this. If this works for you report back. No flouride toothpaste either. I use David’s with xylitol and nanohydroxyappetite. Follow with the coconut oil.
