the original post wasn’t actually about girly type hormones but an overall semi-ongoing “not right” keto experience…the boobs thing was just another oddity (i blurred it for you)
i figured since keto is all about hormones ppl would know i didn’t mean hormones
i must have scared everyone off…i’m glad you read all of the words :joy: :joy: :joy:

i have always had fat first thing (even when fasting)…always coconut oil…sometimes i add butter or cacao butter

since the “episodes” are so random i am really leaning towards the reactive hypo…so back to keto basics for me (more than likely 20g since i didn’t come anywhere close to 30g yesterday LOL)
