UPDATE: Both my wife and I received “0” scores from our Heart CT Scan. No plaque build up.

A zero calcium score is better than getting an “A” on a tough exam, congradulations. If it was mine I’d post it on the refrigerator.

My wife was much better at watching her food intake than me, but maybe the 10mg of Lipitor I take daily helped? Not sure. Rest assured I was consuming lots of carbs and stressing my system.
