Celebrities who went keto

#41

She’s like a toddler with that thing! I’m still hoping it’s a phase.

Hey, I was called skinny today - do ya think I’ll become famous??? Oh and my friend wanted to know what I was doing - I started to explain, and she said: “Oh yeah, I know, the nothing white diet!”

Who hoo! This guy I work with was texting his wife who was saying the gals at work who were all “keto” were eating BQ wings and hot fudge cake for lunch, but they were saying it was part of their keto diet. I just laughed as he relayed the convo to me and continued to eat my tuna/avocado/mayo salad. My point is keep up the good work!

Thanks, and thank God for the forums. We’re not sitting around eating hot fudge cake…… I hear conversations like that every day.

My mother-in-law’s neighbor told me today that keto is unhealthy long-term. My mother-in-law said she might be right because she studied chemistry. Fine, y’all can keep the carbs and keep putting on belly fat.

(squirrel-kissing paper tamer) #46

I agree. If a low carb diet is dangerous in the long run then we’re all damned if we do and damned if we don’t because the alternative is proven terrible!

(Empress of the Unexpected) #47

Yeah, when I hear that kind of thing I feign complete surprise, and announce that I didn’t know salmon and broccoli with a salad could be so harmful!:rofl::rofl:

I have never figured out who they are, why they are.

They were the bad guys after the Federation and the Klingons made peace. [/quote]

That explanation for the Kardashians makes as much sense as any other explanation! (U are 2 clever, Paul.)

It’s funny we think if Jenna Jameson as a celebrity, times have changed. :slightly_smiling_face:

(Kristin) #51

D-list, but, yeah. And, she’s keto for real.

I can’t help cheerleader for her a bit, as she’s fought to overcome drug addiction and other trials.

(Debbie Bunn) #52

Alicia Vikabder is so so skinny surprised she used keto to bulk up because she had no fat to lose.

(Kristin) #53

She certainly was thin to start. I think the keto was more to help maintain lean mass while she was training hard for the role.

ETA: I think she was one of those skinny fat people - looked thin but had no muscle before she started training for the role.

(Elizabeth ) #54

Believe it or not it works😌!

(Alex ) #55

Any time I hear anything about the Kardashians, a very small part of me dies inside.

(Kristin) #56

Me too!

(Troy) #57

It’s all a part of “ keeping up with the Kardashian’s “:slightly_smiling_face:

Attacks the inside gut micro biome
Like excess carbage
Painful🤢

(Doug) #58

@Tmdlkwd, @RebaMcEntire

She’s looked good for a long time. :slightly_smiling_face: Cheers to being 63. :slightly_smiling_face:

(Kristin) #59

I’m a fan of Reba, keto or not.
