Yes. This is what will help. Instead of decreasing your calories to lose weight, which will just mess with your metabolism and may leave you hungry a lot, incorporate intermittent fasting once you are fat adapted. The key is not calorie restriction but allowing your insulin to remain low for longer periods of time. Low insulin levels allow your body to tap into and utilize fat stores. Ive been keto for over 2 years and typically eat 1800-2300 calories (sometimes a bit more, sometimes less) and I fit those into 2 meals in a 6 hour eating window, which works well for me and my personal goals.
