Breathalyzer results?

I got this cheap gadget from China and I’m not sure how to interpret the results.
I know that any number is better than a zero. But when people discuss their BAC numbers, which of these do they refer to? How does my result compare? It’s fun to use these meters but no fun having no clue what they mean.

Update! Here are my conversions: .04-.05 = low to mid 1’s in ketone blood readings .06.-.07 = high 1’s to low 2’s .08-.09 = high 2’s to low 3’s (this part I’m assuming because I haven’t blood that. 1.0-1.3 = high 3’s to low 4’s I blew a 0.12 this morning and my blood ketones were 3.8. That’s by far the highest it’s been for me - I’m 58 hours fasted currently, so there you have it - fasting wins for driving ketones. @devhammer is it true that level of ketones don’t really matter, it’s just …
