Does using a blood alcohol breath meter read the same as keto in the blood, or is there a conversion method.to get a direct correlation?

So if the AT6000 reads a blood alcohol of .05% how does that convert into blood ketones? Yes the Ketonnix brand is too spendy. If a cheaper blood alcohol meter gets me in the ball park of blood ketones it great for me. Thanks
