Bored at Lunch

New ideas needed. I typically eat sunflower seeds, hazelnuts or walnuts. Also I have been doing salads and with blue cheese or ranch. Guacamole packs, pork rinds, hot traditional bone in wings. What’s next any suggestions?

When I am leaving the house and need a packed lunch I like to boil up some hard boiled eggs, and pieces of cheese, some low carb veggies, chopped up, an avocado (I bring a knife to slice it fresh). If you have access to a fridge to preserve leftovers you bring(if salads with mayo, etc that have to be kept cold) or food that has to be reheated after refrigerated if you have access to a microwave.

That thread that @DiMo linked will give you lots and lots of ideas though, that was a great idea she posted that.

I find it super easy to cook a double batch of food at dinner and store the extra for tomorrow’s lunch. I also keep a rotisserie chicken and string cheese in the work fridge for the days I’m in too much of a hurry to pack.

I solved the problem for myself by going OMAD, supper.
