I am so right there with you! I’m also A+ and I LOVE ribeye – almost to the exclusion of any other meat.

People associate sirloin with a good steak. In Britain and some other countries it might be (they name cuts of beef differently). But if you’re in Canada or the US, “sirloin” is not really a good cut. “Top sirloin” is better (depending on your preference and what you’re using it for, etc.).

Yeah I agree, in 'Merica here…Sirloin is the last choice because its too lean. Ribeye, porterhouse, and prime rib are my favorite. Flank steak is great for marinating and using for fajitas.

A Positive here too, and I have not had a issue with anything Keto.

Thanks I’ll give top sirloin a try. I need to learn my cuts better so I can make more informed choices.
