Barefoot shoes

On most peeps, the right foot is slightly larger. We aren’t completely symmetrical after all. Whenever I try shoes I always use my right foot for sizing.

I just bought some shoes at an outlet mall. Tried on the right - perfect. Get home, tried on both. Left too small. Put them up to each other, left is indeed shorter. No more outlet shoe shopping - lol.

I’ve been wearing Vibrams for years now & absolutely love them. Personally I can notice a dramatic difference between a few hours in “normal” shoes & being barefoot or in my toe-shoes.

I thought I’d update on this topic.

It’s now almost six months since I changed to wearing barefoot shoes and things are going well. I have very little knee / ankle pain now which used to be a big issue for me, but also my chiropractor (who I see every two months) is now really struggling to find anything to adjust and on our last appt. he tested areas he wouldn’t normally test just because he couldn’t find anything to fix :grinning:
