I have bulging discs, but my overall stiffness definitely lessoned as I decreased my dairy. I am adding a little bit of cheese back in, but not the every day heavy cream. That totally makes sense, I have a major bloating when I eat bread. Gluten free works well with my body.

Sinus issues, wow! I’ve had them since forever, bit never though it’s something can change, I just thought that’s how my experience of living ia like.
I’ve been mocked in high school for my nasal, high-pitched voice.
I will quit dairy starting today
