Thank you for taking the time to get to me. I did get an email.
I went to a social event and they had sweets, man, I just left.
I read a few posts on how folks look for a buddy to do keto with. I am so happy to have found this forum; sometimes I’d like a friend to go shopping with too.
Honestly, I’m surprised by how many responses I’m reading! I forget sometimes online groups are friendly and caring.
I’m going to work soon.

Starting KETO can be hard, but it gets easier.
