Application for tracking carbs, etc

I don’t log what i eat, nor know how may ounces of this or that I eat. I’m loosing weight but maybe if there was something very easy to use, maybe I would to it.

Is there something that doesn’t require me to jump through all kinds of hoops to enter foods and keep track of carbs, protein and fat? Again, I’m lazy so it can’t bee too involved. I’m fairly computer literate and if there is any keyboarding to do it would better if I could do it on a desktop computer and have it sync with the ap on my cell phone (Android)

I use MyfitnessPal for logging, not doing much of that lately :slight_smile: You can use the phone’s camera to capture the nutritional data on the packaging of foods. Many use Cron-O-Meter, web browser is free, don’t know about the phone app without the ads I am pretty sure there is a cost. Discussion about it on this thread.
