I don’t log what i eat, nor know how may ounces of this or that I eat. I’m loosing weight but maybe if there was something very easy to use, maybe I would to it.
Is there something that doesn’t require me to jump through all kinds of hoops to enter foods and keep track of carbs, protein and fat? Again, I’m lazy so it can’t bee too involved. I’m fairly computer literate and if there is any keyboarding to do it would better if I could do it on a desktop computer and have it sync with the ap on my cell phone (Android)
