When you say you’re at your wits end, tried everything. … are you feeling better health wise now, than before you started keto? Aside from not enough weight loss, do you feel like keto h as had a positive impact?

One doesn’t have to exercise or to formally track, but to follow the Keto diet one has to eat up to 70% fat, at least that works for me!
I try to eat “high-value” food, meaning it has no carbs, high fat and moderate proteins.
