Thats a lot of dairy. I would recommend looking into the symptoms of lactose intolerance. You might be surprised by the impact of cutting out cheese. As far as the keto stix, i routinely see the same information regurgitated about how ineffective they are. I think they are a cheap, noninvasive method of identifying obstacles to ketosis. I don’t believe that anyone’s body utilizes ketones at 100% efficiency, with zero urine ketones. I see my levels drop off over time but thet only drop off entirely when i drop out of ketosis from too much dairy or sweeteners or almond flour. If my values drop to no trace, i fast for a day anf see super high levels so the stix help me verify that i was consuming too much of the wrong foods. If it was ketone usage efficiency, i wouldn’t expect fasting level increase. I think calling ketostix useless is just cliche and unverified by most
