As long as you weren’t the guy at the bar with the coverall jean shorts , no shirt, and one strap hanging off . My friend did that once and he was told never again . He was also juiced . He was 6’1” and 215 solid almost no fat. He gain 25 lbs muscle on about 4 months . Girls said no personality bug he was a nice person
I run to the gym, do a quick set of 10 reps on each machine and run home. Takes a little over an hour to get some resistance training and two miles of cardio in. On the days in between I just run four miles. Pushing 60 and just want fitness not bulk. I do this fasted at 4;30 am and eat eggs, bacon, and sausage when I get home. It works for me.
I eat after the gym pretty regularly. It also motivates me to push and I get excited to eat!
I am to big to really run plus getting cold out. I have no problem eating when I go in morning . Just trying not to eat when I am done gym around 9 pm. I am a bored eater so after nine watching sports is a bad time to eat . Just note a routine thing
On the bored eating front, I bought (and mastered) a Rubik’s Cube - it gave my hands something to do whilst watching television, and it stopped me from mindlessly eating.
Where I live in Canada , we were sent an email on Friday that affective as of 10pm that night all gym were closing for a minimum of 28 days . Have started trying to do some push ups and yoga stretches . The yoga is hard for bigger guys but trying to get some flexibility for golf . So eating after gym not a big deal right now
