Correct. You will need to supplement with potassium, magnesium and sodium. For me, the cramping also started a couple of weeks after starting Keto and stayed for quite a while until I kept adjusting them and came to the right amount. Everyone is different, but start with what is recommended - usually 1000mg potassium, 400mg mag, and 3000-5000 mg sodium.
