I got it! I have been using it for a week now!
Still i am still in a plateau I am getting stressed about witch doesnt help my cause.
I am researching everywere to see where I am missing, what is happening!?!

Eating to satiety on keto will bring you to a healthy body weight

For the moment, you should pick one.

You can do both of course, but it often slows down down fat loss and it always slows down weight loss.
If you want to reach a healthy body weight sooner, you need to just relax, listen to your body when it wants to eat, listen even more carefully when it whispers “satisfied”. Be kind to yourself and trust that your body knows exactly what to do.

Some people say that trying to force weight loss on keto is like pushing on a rope, but that’s not quite right; it’s like pushing on a spring.

Bah, I say go ahead and exercise and power through it. You workout will suck though. Come to think of it…it did take me three months to get over it and get fat adapted.

I guess I like doing thing the hard way. :running_man:

If you overstress the body, you lose the benefits. You need to work with your body’s cooperation. Stress it but don’t overstress it. Balance.
