What recipe do you use? I’ve only tried to make mayo twice, but both times it was not thick at all.
I had chicken salad with cheese and bacon in a lettuce wrap and a side of steamed broccoli with a lot of warm ghee poured over it. And of course, in our house we don’t put a bread basket on the dinner table. We put a bacon basket on the table!

My base recipe is:
2 C avocado oil
2 whole eggs
2 T white vinegar
1 tsp course salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dijon or spicy brown mustard
This time I added dill per my brothers recommendation, it was good! I’ve added a mexican spice called tajin before as well as hot sauce! The options are limitless. I mix it all with my immersion blender.

Tajin is my go-to for sprinkling on avocados! Yum
Thank you. I typically don’t like thick cut bacon but for this I like getting the thick cut from Costco, cutting it in 3rds or 4ths, and making “bacon chips”
