I’m on maintenance since last March. I decided this week to keep it simple and bought a package of Bratwurst at Sam’s Club, cooked them all in my crockpot on Saturday and used my FoodSaver to seal them into 2 link packages.I just bring a package to work for lunch every day I microwave them at lunch and eat them with mustard. I don’t mind eating the same thing every day. I know that a lot of people don’t like to do that. Its so simple that I didn’t think that you would need a photo. Not as pretty as the photos that most of you are posting definitely, but just as effective. Blood ketones 2.4 and blood sugar 51 at the moment. I am not diabetic.

Let’s see,

Lunch:
Some leftover roast beef chuck (had some nice extra fatty bits today too)
and Kimchi.

Dinner (not ideal today as my wife did the main cooking for herself and the kids in non-keto stuff, so I just figured out what was around and quick):
A preserved duck egg with some soy sauce
A slice of leftover ham with butter
A few mixed deluxe nuts, and some pumpkin seeds I recently soaked and dried/slightly toasted.

Desert/immediatly after dinner:
Some divine 88% dark chocolate.
