The Paisano - - modeled my 1st fathead pizza after my Hubby’s fav pre-keto fav pizza.
Garlic oil, tomato & pesto sauce, mozzarella, mushrooms, spicy Italian sausage, Asiago, and Italian herbs. Next round we’re adding more garlic & sauce on the base, and a few fresh tomatoes on the top.

My first poached eggs, luv them but need to work on technique. The hollandaise is Trader Joe’s, I didn’t care for it so I ate the sandwich (delish!) and the Hubby had the sauced-up egg. I will try this hollandaise next time

My first sous vide adventure with a 3.5 lb “Cowboy Ribeye”, mushrooms, and caulimash. A mouthwatering Valentine’s meal with the Hubby. The Hub’s said it was the best steak he has ever tasted , I agree but think another hour in the sous vide would have been perfection.
